1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Akrykart website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Customisation
All products on Akrykart are custom-made based on the specifications and photos you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you upload. Akrykart is not liable for copyright infringement claims arising from customer-uploaded content. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing illegal, offensive, or infringing material.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through PayU. Akrykart reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or product unavailability, with full refunds issued.
4. Production & Delivery
All products are made-to-order with a production time of 2–3 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days for damaged or defective products. Custom personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective or different from what was ordered. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy page for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, product designs, and system code are the exclusive property of Akrykart. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Akrykart's liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
