We use your information exclusively to: • Process and fulfil your orders • Send order confirmations and delivery updates • Respond to customer support queries • Send occasional newsletters (only if you opted in) • Improve our website and product offerings We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Photo Storage & Usage
Photos you upload are stored on secure cloud servers (Supabase Storage) and are used solely to produce your ordered products. Your photos are never shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. Photos may be retained for up to 90 days after order completion for quality assurance, then permanently deleted unless you provide explicit consent for us to use them in marketing.
4. Payment Security
All payments are processed by PayU, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not have access to your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. PayU's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
