1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet started. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via: • WhatsApp: +91 98491 73635 • Instagram DM: @akrykart_prints • Email: hello@akrykart.com Cancellations requested after the 2-hour window cannot be guaranteed, as production may have already begun. We operate a made-to-order model, so once your product enters production it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer full refunds or free replacements in the following cases: ✅ Eligible for Refund / Replacement: • Product arrived damaged or broken during transit • Significant print defect (pixelation, severe colour mismatch, smearing) • Wrong product or size delivered • Order not delivered within the estimated timeline (contact us first) ❌ Not Eligible for Refund: • Custom/personalised items that match the specifications you provided • Minor colour variations due to screen-to-print differences (this is normal) • Damage caused after delivery • Orders where an incorrect photo was uploaded by the customer

3. How to Raise a Refund Request

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product: 1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 2. Message us on WhatsApp (+91 98491 73635) or Instagram (@akrykart_prints) 3. Include your Order ID and clear photo/video evidence of the issue We will review your request within 1–2 business days and arrange either a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved: • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval • PayU and your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion — for example, if only part of a multi-item order was affected. We will always communicate clearly before processing any partial refund.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, as all products are custom-made. If you received a defective product, we will produce and ship a replacement at no extra charge after verifying the issue.
